McDonald's in West Virginia

"Unlike Wendys, Taco Bell, Chik-fil-A etc. If McDonald's gets your order wrong and you call in and speak to the manager and express your wrong order concerns, they will replace your entire order for you (receipt). Now that's saying something. (Elm Grove, WV.) Update for Elm Grove location: 20 minutes to bring out a mobile order of Big Breakfast with Hotcakes. Last week I had to go in and raise he'll with them just for them to give my bag of food that had been sitting on the counter. The McDonald's app is on another level! It really sucks! I was at 1 location and ordered on the app and specifically chose the location where I was at, placed the order and the app said I could only pickup the order at another location (7 miles away). I placed an app order to save save $6.29, ended up spending that in gas (V10) All-in-All, the McDonald's app needs lots of work and is not friendly."

"Love this place! We usually stop by for drinks and blueberry creme pies a few times a week, breakfast on Fridays and an occasional early dinner! Dylan has a great staff and takes good care of his customers! I wish I knew everyone's name, because I'd like to thank them personally! I do enjoy seeing Tesla when I get a chance to stop by for drinks! She is always so friendly!"

"While the food was typical McDonald's food, this place was amazing!!! The staff was helpful and even gave the kids stickers. They have a separated play place and it was awesome. The kids said it was an obstacle course up top and they even have a family bathroom in the play area so you don't have to go far. Will definitely be going back!!!"

"Made my order on kiosk, selected table number, selected seating, went to have a peek at the establishment, returned to my table and my table number was removed, went searching & found it back at the kiosk where I had ordered, returned it back to selected seating, eventually my order was delivered to my table, had 2 minutes to eat it. Don't come here for a quick bite. You'll regret it."
